Good afternoon! Friday's weather is looking iffy but I am trying to keep our picture day as scheduled.

Swimmers need to arrive at the pool in their Montpelier Marlin swim suit ready to take pictures and with the photo release waiver in hand. ALL swimmers being photographed must have the attached Photo Release waiver filled out and signed by their legal guardian.

Below is the timeline for picture day and the delivery timeline for your pictures.
7:30 am =  all swimmers arrive
7:30 - 8:35 am = individual/sibling/buddy pics
8:40 am sharp = line up for team photo
9:00 am - practice starts

• I will take the photos and email the parents a link to view and purchase their packages.
• Buddy pics will be taken at the end of the individual/sibling pics unless there is a lag time then I will fit them in quickly, HOWEVER, swimmers must have their buddies together and ready to go.
• If swimmers are not taking sibling/buddy pics, I ask that they go to the team photo area to be sized up.

27 June 2025 = Picture Day
30 June 2025 = By end of day everyone should have received their preview emails.
10 July 2025 = Order deadline
12 July 2025 = Digital Orders fulfilled
18 July 2025 = All prints delivered 

If you didn't know, this is a fundraising event where proceeds go directly back to the team. To ensure we get maximum benefit for this fundraiser, we need everyone to get their orders in by the deadline specified.
