Meet information from the host team, Northridge! - All Volunteers and Officials will need to sign-in under the canopy between the baby pool and main pool upon arrival. The sign-in sheet will be placed on the table. - The host team is asking for information about volunteers by Wednesday evening. Please sign up if you haven't. **Current Volunteer needs** - 6 more timers - 1 team area parent to help clerk of course - 1 water runner so our timers and officials stay hydrated. Its expected to be hot, humid, and sunny!
8:00am to 8:20am MC warm-ups (arrive by 7:30 AM) 8:10am - Scratch/Timers/Officials meetings • Only swimmers and officials will be allowed in the Clerk of Course and swimmer line-up areas of the deck. • Please note the Marlims team area is located on the left side of the pool as you enter. • Parents are welcome to bring chairs, umbrellas or tents. There will be some loungers available. • The team areas have no shade, so you are encouraged to bring canopies - concessions will be available for the duration of the meet. Concession accepts cash and digital payments. **Please make sure your swimmers hydrate the day prior as well as during the meet. It will be hot this Saturday. - do not have swimmers sitting keep their caps on when not needed. There are plenty of people who can assist in capping. |

Let's give a warm welcome to Takoma Park this week as we kick off the start of the 2025 season! - Arrive @ 7am so your swimmer has time to get set up, check in with the coaches, and be ready for warmup - make sure your swimmer / family have water - sunscreen - goggles - swim cap - light snacks - Canopy for shade Make sure to be on the lookout for the 50/50 raffle that will be coming around, don't forget your cash to not be left out!! Woo hoo! Another season is rapidly loading! Please have patience while we work out the kinks. Time Trials are the perfect way to get everyone back into the swing of things and before we know it we will all be pros once again! Please plan to arrive at the pool by 7:15 AM with your swimmer dressed and ready with suit on and cap and goggles in hand! Make sure to bring the following items: - swimmer ( the most important piece) - suit - goggles - cap - towel - water - sunscreen - snacks for in-between events - extra chairs and canopies for families We do plan on having light concessions at time trials this year and will have multiple ways to pay so we should be able to accommodate whichever your preferences may be! Make sure your athlete fuels properly in the morning and comes well rested and ready to swim! |
